For a rental of several weeks, the price is reduced by 50.00 € per week from the second week

A deposit of 500.00 € is required and will be refunded no later than 3 weeks after departure

Additional charges: 150.00€ per stay for the tidying up of the property after the tenant's departure

Main general conditions

Maximum 7 people including a maximum of 6 adults can be accommodated.

Upon booking, a rental contract (see the "Standard Contract") is sent. Upon signing, a first payment as a deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is required. The remainder of the rent, the deposit, and the tidying fees are due no later than 4 weeks before entering the house.

Payments can be made by bank transfer or online on this site.

In case of cancellation, 100% of the amount paid is refunded if the cancellation is requested no later than 28 days before the start date of the rental; Beyond this date, 50% of the rent is retained. In case of no-show, the rent is fully retained.

The dwelling, and in particular the kitchen and kitchen equipment, must be returned in a clean and tidy state.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
