For a rental of several weeks, the price is reduced by €50.00 per week from the second week onwards

A deposit of €500.00 is required, and will be refunded at the latest 3 weeks after departure

Additional fees: €150.00 per stay for restoring the property after the tenant's departure

Main General Conditions

Maximum 7 people of which maximum 6 adults can be accommodated.

At the time of booking, a rental contract (see "Sample Contract") is sent. On signing, a first payment of 25% of the total rental amount is required as a deposit. The remainder of the rent, the deposit and the restoration fees are due no later than 4 weeks before entering the house.

Payments can be made by bank transfer, or online on this site.

In case of cancellation, 100% of the amount paid is refunded if the cancellation is requested at the latest 28 days before the rental start date; After this date, 50% of the rent is retained. In case of no-show, the rent is retained in full.

The residence, and in particular the kitchen and kitchen equipment, must be returned in a clean and tidy condition.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
