For a rental of several weeks, the price is reduced by 50.00 € per week from the second week onwards

A deposit of 500.00 € is required, and will be refunded at the latest 3 weeks after departure

Additional fees: 150.00€ per stay for cleaning the property after the tenant's departure

Main general conditions

Maximum 7 people can be accommodated.

Upon reservation, a rental contract (see "Sample contract") is sent. Upon signature, an initial payment of 25% of the total rental amount is required as a deposit. The remaining rent, the deposit, and the cleaning fees are due no later than 4 weeks before entering the house.

Payments can be made by bank transfer, or online on this site.

In case of cancellation, 100% of the amount paid is refunded if the cancellation is requested no later than 28 days before the start date of the rental; Beyond this date, 50% of the rent is retained. In case of no-show, the rent is fully retained.

The dwelling, especially the kitchen and kitchen equipment, must be left in a clean and tidy condition.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking inside the property is prohibited.
