Rental Price Per Week

Weekly rental, with departure and arrival on Saturday

Departure no later than 10:00, arrival no earlier than 17:00; These times can be adjusted if needed

July and August: EUR 1,708

April, May, June, September, October: EUR 1,100

Other months: rental not available

Energy consumption: EUR 0

For rentals longer than one week, the rental price is reduced by 50,-- euros per week.

Deposit 500,-- euros, to be refunded at most 3 weeks after the end of the rental period.

Additional fees: Cleaning of the house at the end of the rental 150,-- euros.

Main General Conditions

Maximum 7 people can be accommodated.

Upon booking, a rental contract will be sent. Upon signing by the tenant, a 25% advance of the total price is due.

The rest of the total rental price, the deposit, as well as the cleaning fees are due no later than 4 weeks before the entry date into the house.

In case of cancellation, 100% of the paid price is refunded if cancellation is requested at least 28 days before the start date of the rental; during the 28 days preceding the start of the rental only 50% of the total rental amount is refunded. In case of no-show on the rental start day no refund is due.

The house manager and the tenant jointly sign an inventory on entry into the house as well as at the end of the rental.

At the end of the rental, the condition of the property must be similar to the condition at the beginning of the rental, especially the kitchen and kitchen equipment must be clean and tidy.

Any damage or malfunction of equipment must be reported to the manager.

Pets are not allowed.

Likewise, smoking is not permitted inside the accommodations.
