Rental Prices

Prices Per week, with Saturday as arrival and departure day (departure at the latest 10:00, arrival at the earliest 17:00):

For rentals longer than one week, the rental price is reduced by 50 euros per week. Deposit 500 euros, to be refunded at most 3 weeks after the end of the rental period. Additional fees: general cleaning at the end of the rental 150 euros.

General Conditions

Maximum 7 people, of which up to 6 adults can be accommodated.

Upon reservation, a rental contract will be sent. Upon signature by the tenant, a down payment of 25% of the total rental price must be paid.

The remainder of the total price, the deposit and the cleaning fee must be paid no later than 4 weeks before the date of entry into the house.

In case of cancellation, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded if the cancellation is requested at least 28 days before the start date of the rental. During the 28 days prior to the beginning of the rental, 50% of the total rental price will be refunded. In the event of a no-show on the day the rental begins, no refund is due.

The house manager and the tenant jointly sign an inventory list upon entry to the house and at the end of the rental.

It is understood that at the end of the rental, the condition of the premises should be similar to the condition at the beginning of the rental.

Any damage or malfunction of equipment must be reported to the manager.

The house, especially the kitchen and kitchen equipment, must be returned clean.

Pets are not allowed.

Likewise, smoking is not permitted in the residences.
